Deliberize Discover is a litigation intelligence tool that scans websites for privacy, tracking, and accessibility violations.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information You Provide
When you register for an account, request access, or contact us, we may collect:

1.2 Payment Information
We process payments through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Our payment processors may collect billing name, billing address, and payment card details in accordance with their own privacy policies.
1.3 Scan Data and Detection Reports
When you use the Service to scan websites, we collect and store the following data server-side:
- Scanned Websites ("Projects"): The URLs and domains you submit for scanning, along with metadata about the target websites (page structure, network requests, third-party resources, cookies, tracking pixels, and accessibility elements detected during the scan).
- Detection Reports: Results generated by our scanning engine, including identified violations, statutory mappings, evidence snapshots, and severity assessments.
- Legal Memos: AI-generated legal analysis documents, complaint outlines, demand letter drafts, damages calculations, and standing assessments produced from scan results.
- Website Network Data: HTTP request and response data, third-party script inventories, cookie inventories, session replay tool detections, consent mechanism analysis, and data exfiltration patterns observed during scans.
- Scan Configurations ("User Content"): Your scan settings, filters, jurisdiction selections, statute preferences, and any notes or annotations you add to scan results.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain information through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies, including:
- IP address and approximate geolocation
- Browser type, version, and language
- Operating system and device type
- Pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the Service
- Referring URL and search terms

1.5 Information We Do Not Collect
Deliberize Discover does not collect biometric data from users of the Service. While the Service may detect biometric-related APIs and technologies on scanned third-party websites as part of its violation detection functionality, no biometric identifiers or biometric information is collected from or about our users.
Deliberize does not use any Customer data to train AI models.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and operate the Service: Process scans, generate detection reports and legal memos, and deliver scan results to you.
